Booking Policy
A 50% deposit of the service price is required to secure your booking. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total service price.
Please ensure that your facial hair is groomed and that your face is free of makeup and oils when you arrive. Moisturizers are permitted.
We allow a 15-minute grace period for appointments. After that, if you haven't arrived, your appointment will be cancelled.
